التسليم الفوري وحقك في الانسحاب

wachive محتوى رقمي يُسلَّم فوراً: يُرسل مفتاح الترخيص إلى بريدك الإلكتروني فور الدفع. قبل إتمام الدفع نطلب منك تأكيد رغبتك في التسليم الفوري، وأنه حيثما يكون لك حق قانوني في الانسحاب من عملية شراء رقمية (مثل 14 يوماً في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية والمملكة المتحدة وسويسرا) فإنك تدرك أنك تفقد هذا الحق بمجرد تفعيل الترخيص وبدء استخدام الميزات المدفوعة. وإلى أن تفعّل ترخيصك، يبقى هذا الحق قائماً.

حقوق الإلغاء التي لا يمكن التنازل عنها

إذا لم يعمل wachive كما هو موصوف

إذا كان wachive معيباً، أو لا يؤدي ما نقول إنه يؤديه، أو لا يصلح للغرض منه، فإن قانون المستهلك يمنحك حق الحصول على معالجة للمشكلة بغض النظر عن القواعد المذكورة أعلاه. يُرجى التواصل معنا أولاً لنتمكن من حل المشكلة. وإذا تعذّر ذلك، يمكنك طلب الاسترداد عبر Paddle.

كيفية طلب الاسترداد

تُعالَج طلبات الاسترداد بواسطة Paddle: استخدم الرابط الوارد في رسالة إيصال Paddle الإلكترونية، أو انتقل إلى paddle.net. وبموجب سياسة Paddle، ينتهي الوصول إلى المنتج المدفوع عند إصدار المبلغ المسترد.

Summary. All purchases are one-time payments processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, and Paddle's Refund Policy applies to every purchase. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law and as described on this page. A fully functional free tier is available so you can evaluate wachive before you buy. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory rights under local consumer protection law.

Immediate delivery and your right to withdraw. wachive is digital content that is delivered immediately: your license key is emailed as soon as you pay. Before checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate delivery and that, where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase (for example, 14 days in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland), you understand you lose that right once your license is activated and you start using the paid features. Until you activate your license, that right is unaffected.

Cancellation rights that cannot be waived. Some countries give buyers a cancellation right that a seller's policy cannot waive, for example 7 days in Brazil, Canada, South Korea and China, and 5 days in Singapore. Where a right like this applies to your purchase, it applies regardless of this page, and refunds are issued under Paddle's Refund Policy.

If wachive does not work as described. If wachive is faulty, does not do what we say it does, or is not fit for purpose, consumer law entitles you to a remedy regardless of the rules above. Please contact us first so we can fix the problem. If we cannot, you can request a refund through Paddle.

How to request a refund. Refund requests are handled by Paddle: use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net. Under Paddle's policy, access to the paid product ends when a refund is issued.
